Posture and movement diagnostic

Posture That Works in Real Life

B4 helps you find why your body keeps feeling tight, stiff, or uneven. Your Diagnostic turns six simple videos into a clear training direction, so you can move with less tension, build posture that lasts, and stop guessing what to do next.

The Tight Area Is Not Always the Starting Point

After hours at a desk, your neck and shoulders feel tight. Your breathing feels shallow when you try to relax. Your walking feels stiff and uneven. Each symptom is influenced by how the rest of your body moves.

The source is not always where you feel it. B4 analyzes six movements to identify which areas are restricted and which areas are doing extra work. Your report gives you a clear training outline for more efficient movement and posture you can maintain over time.

Send Six Videos and Get Specific Next Steps

B4 reviews your recordings frame by frame and writes every report by hand. It is delivered by the end of the next business day after you submit.

  1. 01
    Answer the questionnaire

Tell B4 what feels tight, what limits you, what you have tried, and what you want to improve.

  2. 02
    Record six movements

Short guides show you exactly what to record with your phone.

  3. 03
    B4 reviews every video

Your coach examines all six recordings in detail, assessing your posture, breathing mechanics, joint mobility, balance, and movement control.

  4. 04
Receive a clear annotated movement report

For each movement, B4 marks the positions where an issue appears so you can see each finding clearly. Every finding is explained in one or two plain-English sentences covering what is happening and why, without dense biomechanics jargon or medical terminology. The report ends with clear next steps showing which areas to relax first, which areas to train, and what order to follow.

Movement That Actually Changed

Every B4 coaching plan starts with the same Movement Diagnostic you can order today. Here is what finding the right starting point looks like.

Before: a squat where the pelvis tips forward and the lower back roundsBefore
After: the same squat with an upright chest and hips loading with controlAfter
Andrew W. — squat, side view

Before, the pelvis tipped forward and the lower back carried every rep. After, the hips sit back with control and the legs do the work.

Before: a deep squat where the pelvis tucks under at the bottomBefore
After: the same depth reached with a long supported spineAfter
Mr. Hua — deep squat

Long-standing hip tightness left the pelvis tucking under to find depth. In under a month of training, Mr. Hua reports finally feeling his glutes do the work — and the same depth now comes with a longer, supported spine.

Before: a split stance where the rear heel lifts off the floorBefore
After: a deeper split stance with the whole rear foot groundedAfter
L. Zhang — split stance

Four years of recurring ankle pain meant the rear foot could not stay grounded. A few sessions in, the ankle accepts load in a deeper, stable split — and L. Zhang reports the pain has not returned.

Results shown are from one-to-one coaching clients and are shared with each client's permission. Individual outcomes vary with consistency, history, and training time. Client-reported changes in pain are personal experiences; B4 does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Do I need training experience?

No. Each recording guide shows you what to do, and no special equipment is required.

Is the report generated automatically?

No. B4 reviews your questionnaire and each recording, and every report is written by your coach personally.

When will I receive my report?

By the end of the next business day after your questionnaire and all six videos are submitted.

Who sees my videos, and how long are they kept?

What if one of my recordings does not work?

You can replace any video before you submit. If something is unclear after review, B4 will email you to arrange a quick re-record instead of guessing.
